In 1999 Rocateq became the distributor of a US manufacturer of shopping cart security systems. In Europe, Rocateq was the first to offer these systems to European supermarkets. From 2000, the first installations were made in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. More installations followed in the years after in other countries such as Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Spain, Denmark and Slovakia.
In Europe, North and South America we are close to our customers with several offices and warehouses. Our systems are installed by our local technical teams and certified partners.

In 2005, we established our factory in China. This factory, led by a Dutch manager, focuses entirely on the development and production of our various solutions. Together with our R&D department in the Netherlands, they design, develop and produce all our products.
Every installation of a Rocateq solution is carried out by our own technical teams or by a certified partner. With offices and warehouses in Europe and North and South America, we provide the installation of new systems and the associated maintenance programmes. By using our maintenance programme, we keep your systems in perfect condition.
Rocateq is the only manufacturer with BS, CE, FCC, UL, IC, CCC, NEN and BRE certificates. This assures you of the consistently high quality of our products.
